In Remembrance of John O. Roark

We have some tragic news to pass along to our readers. On Saturday, January 23, 2016, John O. Roark, one of our attorneys, passed away at the age of 75.  This loss is sad news for the people of Central Texas, who Roark championed in law and in life. Aside from his legal activities, Roark was longtime leader with the Texas Horsemen’s Partnership Chairman and National Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association (NHBPA). Roark had an extensive background in law when he began working with our firm. He was a was a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a municipal court judge in Nolanville.
