Valerie S. Farwell, J.D.
Mesothelioma Lawyer
Asbestos attorney Valerie Farwell discovered her desire
to be involved in trial law during high school and she
has pursued that passion ever since. Coupled with a
great desire to help others, this penchant for learning
and applying the law has formed a winning combination
for many clients of the Mesothelioma lawyer who have
found themselves putting their lives back together after
an unforeseen tragedy.
A love for the central Texas area and for the people
of Texas in general has kept Valerie close to home.
Having lived in several different Texas locales has
given her a great appreciation for the people who make
up her home state. The connection to people and the
personal satisfaction that comes with knowing victims
who might otherwise have no voice have been helped to
regain a sense of peace after or during a terrible struggle
are what keep Valerie sharp and eager to relentlessly
pursue justice for every client of our asbestos exposure
law firm.
The first priority in Valerie’s life continues
to be her family and to be integrally involved in her
children’s lives. It is her devotion to the physical
and emotional needs of her family that keeps her focus
clear and her commitment to help other families unwavering.
These are among the main reasons that Valerie decided
to join Cappolino, Dodd, Krebs’s group of Mesothelioma
lawyers.
After receiving her undergraduate degree in Political
Science from Southwestern University in Georgetown,
Texas in 1992, Valerie Farwell graduated from the University
of Houston Law Center in 1995. She was licensed to practice
law in 1995. She is also licensed to practice before
the United States District Courts in the Eastern and
Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit
Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of
Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the American
Association for Justice.
