Lung cancer is one of America’s biggest killers. With tens of thousands of death each year attributed to lung cancer, and thousands more diagnoses of the disease made each year, it’s safe to say that it is one of the deadliest forms of cancer out there. Mesothelioma – Your Right to Make a Second Claim

What is Mesothelioma? Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that develops around the tissue on the surface of the lungs or abdomen, creating a cancer of the mesothelium cells in the body. These particular cells are present on the exterior surface of the majority of internal organs. Most cases of mesothelioma are found in the chest, affecting the lining of the lungs, and is called pleural mesothelioma. The second most common form is known as peritoneal mesothelioma and this affects the abdominal cavity.
